The bestseller Kim Ji-young, Born 1982 has sold over 140,000 copies, resonating widely for its portrayal of the struggles women face.
This documentary follows Japanese women who, inspired by the novel, begin to reflect on their own lives.
Broadcast by NHK in 2019. I was in charge of creating the insert animations.
